Healthcare Customer Service Representative
Company: Teleperformance
Site: EDSA Greenfield
Job Description
Join our Healthcare Account team and provide excellent customer support to healthcare members, providers, and clients. You will assist customers with inquiries related to healthcare benefits, coverage, claims, billing concerns, and account information while ensuring a positive customer experience.
Qualifications
High School Graduate (Old Curriculum) or Senior High School Graduate (New Curriculum)
At least 12 months Customer Care Experience (CCE) in a Healthcare account
Excellent communication skills
Strong customer service and problem-solving abilities
Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays
Amenable to work onsite at EDSA Greenfield
Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound healthcare-related customer inquiries
Assist members with benefits, eligibility, claims, and billing concerns
Accurately document customer interactions and account updates
Provide timely and effective resolutions while maintaining quality standards
Follow company and healthcare compliance policies
