Location: Taguig Work Setup: Onsite
Job Overview
We are looking for customer service professionals to support healthcare-related operations focused on appointment scheduling and billing inquiries. Successful candidates will assist customers with healthcare service requests while ensuring accuracy, professionalism, and compliance with established procedures.


Key Responsibilities
• Handle appointment scheduling and customer inquiries. • Assist with billing-related concerns and account information. • Maintain accurate records and documentation. • Provide clear and professional communication to customers. • Ensure compliance with healthcare and privacy standards. • Deliver exceptional customer service while meeting performance goals.


Qualifications
• Open to candidates with or without BPO experience for entry-level opportunities. • Strong communication and customer service skills. • Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. • Willing to work onsite and on shifting schedules.
