Healthcare Customer Support - EDSA Greenfield - Up to 31K

*Company:* Teleperformance - EDSA Greenfield

*Location:* EDSA Greenfield, Mandaluyong - Onsite (WFO)

*Account:* Healthcare Account

*Salary:* Up to PHP 31,000 Salary Package

*Setup:* Onsite - Shifting Schedule - Full-time

Teleperformance, the world's largest CX company, is urgently hiring for our Healthcare Account at EDSA Greenfield! Earn up to PHP 31K and start ASAP!

*Key Responsibilities:*

- Handle healthcare-related inquiries with professionalism and empathy

- Provide accurate information and deliver quality customer service

- Assist with benefits, claims, and account-related issues

- Ensure compliance with privacy, security, and HIPAA standards

- Document customer interactions accurately and meet performance metrics

*Qualifications:*

- High School Graduate (Old Curriculum) / Senior High School Graduate accepted

- At least 6 months CCE / BPO experience required

- Good English communication skills

- Willing to work onsite in EDSA Greenfield, Mandaluyong

- Amenable to shifting schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays

- Can start ASAP - Immediate joiners preferred
