We are looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our growing team as Travel Account Specialists. You will assist international travelers with bookings, itinerary management, flight modifications, and general inquiries, ensuring a seamless travel experience.

Minimum Qualifications:

Education:High School Graduate (Old Curriculum) or Senior High School Graduate.

Experience: Open to fresh graduates; prior BPO or customer service experience is an advantage but not required.

Skills: Strong verbal and written English communication skills, active listening, and basic geographical knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:

* Handle inbound inquiries regarding flight, hotel, and car rental reservations.

* Provide accurate information on travel policies, restrictions, and cancellation procedures.

* Resolve booking issues efficiently while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
