Client Services Agent

Qualifications:

• Open to HS Graduate (old curriculum), SHS graduate, college undergraduate or graduate

• MUST have 2 years of call center experience

• Preferably with experience in supporting financial services and handling inquiries on mutual funds, segregated funds & more is preferred

• Strong communication & problem-solving skills

• Ability to handle complex client concerns

• Amenable to work 100% onsite in McKinley, fixed nightshift schedule

WORK ON SITE SET UP

Salary ranges:

PHP 22,000-27,000 (with 2 years BPO experience, any account)

PHP 27,000-32,000 (with 2 years BPO experience in financial account or wealth asset management experience)

Back Office Processor

Qualifications:

• MUST be a college graduate (finance/accounting related course)

• Preferably with 2 years of experience in Canadian wealth management, insurance, or financial services engagements/accounts

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, able to explain complex financial concepts with confidence

• Amenable to work 100% onsite in McKinley, fixed nightshift schedule

WORK ON SITE SET UP

Salary ranges:

PHP 22,000-25,000 (with BPO experience),

PHP 26,000-30,000 (with BPO experience in financial account or wealth asset management experience)

PROCESS: VALIDATION 12-24HRS THEN ONCE VALID, CGI WILL SEND INVITES VIA EMAIL FOR INTERVIEW
