*Qualifications:*

- At least Senior High School / High School Graduate (Old Curriculum)

- With at least 6 months of International Voice BPO Experience

*ACCOUNT 2: MEDICAL BILLING SPECIALIST (RCM)*

*Qualifications:*

- With 1-2 years of experience in Medical Billing, Healthcare RCM, or Customer Support

- Strong problem-solving skills, can explain complex billing concepts in simple terms

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Able to handle sensitive information with professionalism and confidentiality
