*No BPO Experience Needed – We’ll Train You | Retention & Billing Accounts*
Start your BPO career with one of Iloilo’s top Telco accounts. If you can talk to people, stay patient, and love helping, we’ll handle the rest.
Location*: Mandurriao, Iloilo City – 100% Onsite
Salary*: ₱21,000 – ₱26,000 monthly + Uncapped incentives up to ₱8,000
Shift: Shifting schedule with 20% night differential + Holiday pay + OT pay
What You’ll Do – Telco Accounts:
1. Billing Support: Help customers understand charges, set up payment plans, explain promos, and resolve account concerns via phone/chat/email
2. Retention: Save customer accounts by offering solutions, loyalty promos, and world-class service when they’re thinking of leaving
3. Be a problem-solver: Turn frustrated callers into satisfied, long-term customers
