HIRING: SailPoint Engineer – Associate Manager (Identity Security)

Location: Cubao, Philippines

Work Setup: Hybrid

⏰ Shift: Shifting

Salary: ₱100,000–₱200,000

We are looking for an experienced SailPoint Engineer to lead Identity Security and IGA initiatives in an enterprise environment.

Key Requirements:

Minimum 5 years of hands-on SailPoint experience
Strong experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) and/or Identity Security Cloud (ISC)
Solid knowledge of IGA, IAM, access governance, provisioning, role & entitlement management
Experience with access certifications, identity lifecycle management, and enterprise SailPoint implementations
Ability to configure, customize, troubleshoot, and optimize SailPoint solutions
Leadership/mentoring experience is preferred
Strong understanding of security controls, compliance, and risk management
Must currently be in the Philippines with valid authorization to work
