Our client base is expanding, and we need a tech-savvy Customer Success Specialist to guide them to victory! You will be the main point of contact for our SaaS users, helping them maximize value while keeping churn low. This is a fast-paced, onsite role with shifting schedules for a true customer advocate.

What you bring to the table:

A completed college degree.

At least 2 years of proven success in a tech/SaaS Customer Success role.

Deep knowledge of CS metrics, platforms, and top-tier customer service practices.

Readiness to work onsite at Alabang Muntinlupa city on shifting schedules and jump in right away.
