Job Title: HR Associate / Employee Engagement

Job Overview: We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented HR Associate with a focus on Employee Engagement to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a passion for fostering a positive work environment and enhancing employee satisfaction. While at least 6 months of working experience in the related field is preferred, fresh graduates with a keen interest in HR are highly encouraged to apply. If you possess good communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and a commitment to employee well-being, we invite you to be a part of our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:

Employee Engagement:
- Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives to enhance workplace satisfaction.
- Collaborate with various departments to organize team-building activities, events, and recognition programs.

Communication and Coordination:
- Facilitate effective communication between employees and management.
- Coordinate HR-related activities and events, ensuring smooth execution.

New Hire Onboarding:
- Assist in the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring a positive and informative experience.
- Conduct orientation sessions and provide necessary materials to new hires.

Administrative Support:
- Handle administrative tasks related to HR processes.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation for employee-related matters.

Requirements:

At least 6 months of working experience in HR or related field (Fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply).

Good communication skills, both written and verbal.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Educational Background: Bachelor's/College Degree in Psychology or any related courses.

Salary: 15k-18k ALL IN (Depending on work experience).

Work Location: Market! Market!, Taguig, and McKinley West (Onsite work required on a night schedule).

Start Date: ASAP.
