Job Title: HR Business Partner



Work Setup: Hybrid (3x onsite per week) – McKinley Hills, Taguig

Salary: PHP 70,000 – 80,000

Schedule: Dayshift to Mid-shift

Headcount: 1



Non-Negotiable Qualifications



College graduate



At least 5 years of experience as an HR Business Partner or HR Generalist in a BPO working environment



Proficient in Excel (advanced formulas, macros, pivot tables) and knowledgeable in Power BI



No history of frequent job switching (avoid serial job-hoppers)



Must not be a current or former employee of CGI



No active or recent application with CGI



Position Overview



The Human Resource Business Partner (HRBP) serves as a strategic advisor to operations and support leaders, aligning people strategies with business goals to enhance performance, engagement, and retention. This role combines strong analytical capability with a people-first approach, leveraging Excel, Power BI, and data-driven insights to support decision-making and organizational effectiveness.



Key Responsibilities



Partner with leaders to identify workforce needs and develop HR solutions aligned with business goals.



Lead initiatives on employee engagement, performance management, and retention.



Analyze HR and operational data using Power BI dashboards, Excel reports, and macros to identify trends and improve workforce stability.



Collaborate with Recruitment, L&D, and Total Rewards teams on talent management and development.



Advise leaders on employee relations, conflict resolution, and compliance with labor laws.



Conduct skip-level meetings, focus groups, and pulse surveys to assess engagement.



Support leadership development and succession planning.



Drive continuous improvement and automation of HR processes and reporting.



Prepare HR reports and presentations for leadership and client reviews.



Required Skills & Experience



Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field



5+ years of HR experience in BPO or shared services



Strong understanding of BPO operations and workforce metrics



Advanced proficiency in Excel (macros, pivot tables, formulas) and Power BI



Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills



Excellent communication and interpersonal skills



Ability to handle multiple accounts and thrive in a fast-paced environment
