We urgently need a Talent Acquisition Specialist - HR Executive with a strong background in CV Reviewing and interviewing candidates.

Job title: HR Executive - CV Reviewer

Work Setup: Onsite in Mandaluyong office, Day shift (Monday to Friday)

Salary: 20K - 23K

QUALIFICATIONS:

• A graduate of any 4- year degree


• With at least 2-3 years experience in external Recruitment from a Recruitment Firm or BPO Industry


• Preferably with experience in client handling


• Strong experience in paper screening and reviewing candidates' profiles through calls or interviews


• Solid negotiation and interviewing skills


• Average communication skills


• A team player and can work with minimum supervision


• Ability to handle work pressure and a strong personality


• Amenable to work onsite

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Create job postings that are professional and attention-grabbing to attract the right candidates


• Screen candidates by conducting phone interviews, reviewing resumes


• Ensure all candidates endorsed have a good resume, complete details needed, and as per the client’s preference


• Close coordination with clients and Managers in sending endorsements


• Handles BPO partners in Malaysia


• Set personal endorsement goals


• Meet and exceed the target of selected and endorsed resumes to clients per month


• Continuous follow-up with clients is necessary
