Description / Requirements
POSITION PURPOSE:-
Responsible for the overall functioning of the HR department offshore. This role offers thought leadership regarding organizational and people-related strategy and execution and provides advice on HR procedures, policies, best practices, Rewards , Benefits and statutory compliance to achieve highest level of Employee satisfaction and Retention
Key Performance Indicators:
· Retention
· Employee satisfaction
· Stake holder management
Experience :- Critical:
· Master’s degree in Human
Resource from a reputed B School
· 15+ yrs of HR experience out of which 5 -6 yrs of
experience in ITES/ BPO function preferred
· Proven experience in managing Human
Resource for a mid to large scale multi -
location operations
Highly Desirable:
· Experience in HR Employee Engagement Know-How
Critical: · Thorough knowledge of HR Domain and
Industry best practices
· Strong Project Management skills
· Ability to work on various HR projects for the BU
Desirable: · Experience in designing and implementing HR Strategy
