Job title: HR Technology Business Analyst
Work location: Edsa Greenfield/ Work from Home/GY
Salary: 35k to 40k

Position Summary
The HR Technology Business Analyst at Teleperformance plays a vital role in designing, optimizing, and maintaining HR technology solutions that drive efficiency, enhance employee experience, and support strategic business goals. This role ensures the seamless functionality of HR tools while leading initiatives around system development, enhancements, and documentation—all aligned with Teleperformance’s commitment to agility
Required Qualifications
•Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience with Workday EIB.
•At least 2 years of experience with HR systems and tools.
•Familiarity with software development and QA testing concepts.
•Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and technical documentation skills.
•Excellent communication and collaboration skills with both technical and non-technical stakehold.
