Job Title: HR Technology Business Analyst

Location: EDSA Greenfield / Work From Home / GY Shift

Salary Range: ₱35,000 – ₱40,000

Start Date: ASAP

Position Summary

This role plays a key part in designing, optimizing, and maintaining HR technology solutions that improve efficiency, enhance the employee experience, and support strategic business goals. You will serve as the bridge between HR stakeholders and technology teams, ensuring HR systems are functional, scalable, and aligned with organizational needs.

Key Responsibilities

Create, process, and support Workday EIBs.

Collaborate with HR and Operations stakeholders to gather requirements and define tool development needs aligned with business objectives.

Support the implementation, upgrades, and maintenance of HR systems to ensure scalability and performance.

Troubleshoot, maintain, and escalate HR tool issues as needed.

Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to validate enhancements and support smooth rollouts.

Partner with leadership and development teams to share insights, communicate updates, and resolve technology challenges.

Analyze HR processes impacted by technology, document workflows, and recommend improvements.

Develop training materials and facilitate user-focused sessions to promote adoption and system proficiency.

Qualifications

Required:

Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience with Workday EIB.

At least 2 years of experience with HR systems and tools.

Knowledge of software development and QA testing concepts.

Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and technical documentation skills.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred:

Background in HR Technology or IT within a BPO or service-driven environment.

Passion for continuous learning and user-centered design.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, global organization.
