Overview:

EXL Alabang is hiring for Insurance Account! Earn up to 24K package with virtual interview process. Apply from home and work onsite in Alabang!

Responsibilities:

- Provide support for insurance-related concerns

- Handle inbound inquiries professionally

- Assist with policy, claims, and account info

- Ensure high customer satisfaction

- Meet quality and performance metrics

Qualifications:

- Senior High School Graduate

- At least 1 year BPO Voice exp required

- Good English communication skills

- Willing to work onsite in Alabang

- Amenable to shifting schedule, can start ASAP
