Role Overview:

Join our Insurance Account as a Customer Service Representative! You will handle inbound calls from policyholders, assist with inquiries, and provide exceptional service in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound customer inquiries regarding insurance policies.
Assist with policy updates, claims, and account concerns.
Resolve customer issues and escalate complex cases.
Document interactions accurately in the system.
Meet quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction goals.

Qualifications:

SHS Graduate or 2nd Year College completed – required.
Minimum 1 year BPO experience on a voice account – required.
Excellent English communication skills.
Willing to work onsite in Bridgetowne with shifting schedules.
Can start ASAP.
