Job Opening: Insurance & US Collections Associate

We are currently hiring for Insurance and US Collections accounts. We are looking for candidates with strong communication skills, customer service experience, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Salary

Up to ₱28,000 – ₱30,000
Location: Pampanga

Qualifications

At least 1 year BPO experience
Completed at least 2 years in college
Excellent communication skills
Experience in Insurance, B2B Collections, or Accounts Receivable is an advantage
Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and customer service skills
Detail-oriented and knowledgeable in basic Excel reporting

Job Responsibilities

Manage assigned customer accounts
Handle collections and follow-ups on overdue invoices
Resolve billing, payment, and invoice concerns
Coordinate with internal teams such as billing and operations
Process payment applications and reconciliations
Handle customer disputes and provide resolutions
Assist customers with insurance-related inquiries and support
Maintain accurate records and prepare basic reports

General Requirements (Strictly Required)

Ready to submit TOR for candidates who completed 2nd year college up to 4th year undergraduate
TOR and College Diploma for college graduates
No back subjects
Certificate of Employment (COE) from all previous employers
SSS Employment History required
