Project/Team Location: Mandaluyong, Robinsons Cybergate Tower 2

OVERALL PURPOSE:

The candidate will be a member of Accenture Operations - TFO ISMT as IT Project/Service management - Senior Analyst/ Analyst. Will be a subject matter expert in charge of IT infrastructure projects and IT service delivery for Accenture Operations Clients. As an Infrastructure Services Senior analyst/analyst; She/he will be a trusted business advisor providing guidance around technology operations and optimization of IT infrastructure and services for assigned projects.This will involve collaboration with internal and external IT teams and ensuring that the provision of infrastructure and services effectively and efficiently meet business needs. The candidate will have to show understanding of the business strategy by maintaining a long-term relationship between IT and Business stakeholders. Will have to take ownership of incidents and provide resolutions by working with various IT teams. Daily interaction with business counterparts is expected in order to manage their expectations.

Skills and Qualifications Required:

• Must have at least 3-5 years of experience in IT Project Management• Knowledge in ITIL

• BE, B-Tech, ME, MTech, MSc/Bsc with Information Technology background and experience.

• Proficiency in English, Strong communication skills (verbal/written)

• Technical background – IT operations, Service Delivery, IT Project management

• Organized with attention to detail

• Presentation and interpersonal skills

• Good proficiency of MS Excel, Powerpoint

• Self-motivated, self-driven, responsible

• Broad experience with Technology Projects, Business continuity, customer relationship and IT security

• Experience with enterprise technologies

• 5+ years (level 10) and 3+ (level 11) of overall experience with IT infrastructure project management/IT solutions/IT support.
