JOB TITLE: Italian Bilingual (Cebu)
Location: Onsite – Cebu City (No relocation assistance)
Shift: Shifting schedule (depends on project/client)
Salary Range: 80K – 150K
We are looking for an Italian Bilingual professional who is willing to work onsite in Cebu and support language, documentation, and service desk–related tasks.
Key Responsibilities
Translate documents (requirements, designs, emails, tickets, error logs) between English and Italian
Provide interpretation support during meetings, conferences, or calls when needed
Support quality assurance and process improvement initiatives
Assist in coaching or language training for bilingual resources
Research and learn business, technical, and tool-related terminologies
Work in a service desk or technical support environment (written and spoken)
Perform data entry, verification, documentation, and reporting tasks
Follow standard procedures, meet SLAs, and participate in process improvements
Qualifications
Proficient in Italian and English (verbal and written)
Bachelor’s degree preferred (IT, Computer Science, or related fields); undergraduates with strong language skills are welcome
Experience in customer service, QA, translation, or technical support is an advantage
Willing to be cross-trained on technical or project support tasks
Familiar with MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Willing to work weekends, holidays, shifting schedules, and extended hours
Currently in the Philippines and willing to work onsite in Cebu
