Location: Aura, Taguig (Onsite)

Shift: Permanent Night Shift (Fixed Weekends Off)

Salary: PHP 90,000 – PHP 95,000 (Non-Native Speakers)

Start Date: July 27

Job Responsibilities:

Process vendor invoices and employee expense claims accurately in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, etc.).
Perform 3-way matching of Purchase Orders, Goods Receipts, and Invoices.
Prepare and execute weekly/monthly vendor payments.
Support month-end closing activities, including AP accruals, journal entries, and reconciliations.
Ensure compliance with company policies, audit requirements, and local tax regulations.
Act as the primary contact for Japan-based vendors, handling payment inquiries and resolving invoice discrepancies in Japanese.
Coordinate with Procurement and Receiving teams to resolve billing issues.
Translate AP-related documents and communications between Japanese and English as needed.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
1–3+ years of experience in Accounts Payable, Procure-to-Pay (P2P), or General Accounting.
Business-level Japanese proficiency (JLPT N1/N2 preferred; strong N3 may be considered).
Business-level English communication skills.
Hands-on experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite.
Strong Microsoft Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
Knowledge of Japanese business etiquette.
Experience in Shared Services/BPO and knowledge of Japanese Consumption Tax (JCT) is an advantage.
Must be willing to work onsite in Aura, Taguig on a permanent night shift.
