Japanese Native Bilingual 



WORK SET UP: Hybrid in Taguig and Mandaluyong



WORK SHIFT: Depends with the client and project but they are looking for someone who can work on a shifting sched



 



Qualifications:



 



• Native Filipinos only. Should have either N1 JLPT or JNAT certification (CERTIFICATION must be provided)



• Nihongo reading/writing/speaking skills is a must. 



• MS Windows PC skills is also a must. 



• Effective written and oral English communication skills



• Accenture will provide PC with MS Windows OS.  Resources are expected to send/respond to emails in MS Outlook, attend teleconference calls using MS Teams, take screenshots and copy & paste screen sections to electronic documents, etc.



• Resources must be trainable and with high learnability. 



• Resources should have professionalism like reporting/leaving work on time, speedy/accurate/quality execution of assigned tasks, having attention to details, ability to do self-checking, ability to follow desktop procedures (DTP) and seek advice from immediate supervisor in case of any DTP deviations encountered etc.



• Resources will need to undergo a minimum of 3 to 6 months training. 



• Willing to work and relocate here in Manila, Philippines



• Open for those applicants who are currently in Philippines 



• Must not be a current or former employee of Accenture



• Should not be a job hopper who only works for less than a year per company



 



Job Description



 



Responsibilities of the role will include:



• Update and maintain various systems/tools per standard process documentation which may include:  



• Execute transactions without minimal direction, enter data and retrieve information from group specific system (all new hires might require some direction initially)  



• Audit own data entry for accuracy and make required corrections  



• Conduct data verification  



• Respond to various requests for information, as needed. Escalate to supervisor as appropriate.  



• File, archive and retrieve documents (paper-based and electronic) using filing standards  



• Produce standard correspondence by following existing templates. Adhere to client formatting and quality standards. Proof and edit work for syntax, grammar, and punctuation.  



• Respond to information requests by searching, summarizing research results, and compiling in requested format  



• May coordinate the work of a small team in areas of high-volume transaction processing and/or the training/education of new and/or more junior team members on operation procedures and policies  



• Follow established policies, procedures, and methods  



• May serve as technical and functional resource or super users to other team members  



• Participate in process improvement initiatives or special projects as assigned  



• Meet established goals and objectives  



• Become a subject matter expert for complex processes  



• Document all new learning(s) or change in processes in the standard format and seek relevant approvals on a periodic basis.
