We are looking for a Quality Assurance Analyst with experience in Digital Advertising, Technical Support, or Quality Assurance. The role involves auditing support interactions, validating data using SQL, reviewing APIs and integrations, analyzing conversion tracking and attribution, and ensuring high-quality customer support standards across digital advertising platforms.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or related field
2–4 years of experience in QA, Technical Support, Ad Tech, or BPO
Strong SQL and Data Analysis skills
Experience with REST APIs, JSON/XML, Postman, Webhooks, and SDKs
Knowledge of Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, Conversion Tracking, and Attribution
Willing to work onsite in McKinley, Taguig
Amenable to a shifting schedule
