Job Title: Junior AI & Machine Learning Engineer

Location: BGC – Onsite | Shift: 4PM–1AM | Salary: Up to ₱130K | Openings: 4

Join our Consumer Engineering team to build next-generation AI-powered healthcare solutions. You will design, develop, and deploy production-grade machine learning models, including LLM applications, that simplify healthcare for millions of users.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, test, and maintain ML models and AI systems under senior guidance.

• Participate in the full AI lifecycle: brainstorming, prototyping, coding, and deployment.

• Assist with cloud infrastructure and Infrastructure-as-Code implementations.

• Contribute to reusable AI/ML platforms to improve engineering efficiency.

• Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams to deliver scalable solutions.

• Troubleshoot issues, ensure performance, and stay current with AI/ML advancements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or related field.

• 2–3+ years of software engineering with experience in production-grade AI/ML.

• Solid understanding of ML concepts, data structures, and clean coding practices.

• Hands-on skills in Python/Node.js/Java/Go, cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure), CI/CD, REST APIs, and databases.

• Knowledge of NLP, Computer Vision, or LLM deployment is a plus.
