We are looking for Junior CRM Functional Consultants with solid MS Dynamics CRM Functional experience to join our growing team. This role requires at least 1+ year of direct, hands-on MS Dynamics CRM Functional experience (other unrelated experience will not qualify).

Key Requirements:

Minimum 1–2 years of professional MS Dynamics CRM Functional experience

Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills

Excellent communication skills (English – written & spoken)

Must be open to hybrid setup in Taguig (1–2 days/week onsite)

Amenable to mid-shift to night-shift schedule

Must not be a job hopper (less than 1 year in previous roles)

Must not be a current or former CGI employee, nor have an active CGI application

What You’ll Do:

Act as a liaison between IT and business units for CRM system enhancements

Support modules across Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Sales, Marketing, and Service Management

Conduct functional analysis, documentation, and testing (UAT, QA)

Monitor and resolve application support issues within SLA

Collaborate with global teams and Microsoft Support on escalations

Provide knowledge sharing, training, and create process documentation

Ensure smooth transition activities and contribute to higher client satisfaction
