Position Description:

This role involves configuring and managing Dynamics 365 Project Operations to support project management, pricing, resource allocation, and budgeting, while ensuring automation and security through Microsoft tools.

Your future duties and responsibilities:

• Provide expertise in Dynamics 365 Project Operations and the Power Platform

• Configure Dynamics 365 Project Operations tables and columns as required in Solution Architecture, Diagrams, and Business Requirements

• Configure Project Operations Business Process Flows to create a cohesive tool that allows Sales Users to quickly create and manage projects using the Platform

• Configure Roles and Role Rates in Dynamics 365 Project Operations as part of Pricing and Costing, Project Management, Resource Management, and Project Budget Management

• Provide insights into which type of Project Operations Deployment to use for specific clients and client bids

• Manage User privileges using the standard Dynamics 365 CE Security protocols and Powerapps Admin Center tools

• Configure automations using Power Automate, Powerapps, and other Microsoft 365 tools

• Extend the functionality of Dynamics 365 CE Applications using Javascript, Business Rules, and Automations (Power automate and classic workflows) when necessary

• Collaborate with Project Stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for Dynamics 365 CE projects; draft Functional Design Documents (FDD), draft Technical Design Documents (TDD); and assist in the creation of Solution Documents such as Entity Relationship Diagrams and Functional Components of Solution Design Documents

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that project requirements are followed and are represented in the final build

• Participate in Bids by working on RFP documents and providing estimates on configurations and customizations

• Conduct testing and quality assurance to validate functionality, security, and usability

• Provide post-implementation support and knowledge transfer to end users and IT Teams

• Perform root cause analysis for recurring issues and implement corrective solutions to Dynamics 365 CE builds

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

• Educational requirement: At least High School Graduate; Bachelor’s degree holder is preferred, but not required

• At least 2 years of relevant work experience MS D365 Project Operations

• Ability to understand the ins/outs of the system, knows how to configure, use, and conduct documentation

• Amenable to work on a mid-shift schedule and hybrid working arrangement in McKinley, Taguig

• Must not be a job hopper

• Should not be a current or former employee of CGI

• No active application with CGI
