- Conduct coaching & feedback for the teams assigned on the floor
- Prepare all daily reports of the tasks conducted

- Completed at least 2nd Year level in College / Senior High School Graduate
- Experienced Communication / Soft Skills Trainer (BPO or any Customer Service related industry
