· Completed at least 2nd Year level in College / Senior High School Graduate
Experienced Communication / Soft Skills Trainer (not product/process) (BPO or any Customer Service related industry)
Key Skills:
· Conduct New Hire Training Batches – Trainings to be imparted: Culture; Communication; Customer Service
Conduct “Communication” Assessments for candidates seeking to join WNS
Conduct coaching & feedback for the teams assigned on the floor
Prepare all daily reports of the tasks conducted
