LIVE CHAT RETAIL ACCOUNT
· Applicant must be a PERMANENT RESIDENT in the Philippines.
· We are accepting High School and Senior High School Graduates.
· Must have 1 year CSR experience in a BPO industry. (preferably with LIVE CHAT support and handled any Ecommerce/Retail Account); Experience in handling email escalations is a plus.
· Must be 22-40 y/o.
· Must have good to excellent ENGLISH communication skills.
NON VOICE TRAVEL ACCOUNT
· Applicant must be a PERMANENT RESIDENT in the Philippines.
· Must have completed 2 years in college.
· 6 months of CSR experience, preferably in LIVE CHAT support, from BPO industry.
· Experience in handling Travel account or basic understanding about how Travel industry works is a plus
· Must be 22-40 y/o.
· Must have good to excellent ENGLISH communication skills.
WORK ON SITE SET UP
Salary: 18k-20k plus 8k-12k Signing Bonus
