Job Title: Manager / Senior Manager Transitions
Location: MOA, Pasay
Salary:
- Manager: PHP 120,000
- Senior Manager: PHP 170,000
Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end transitions for contact center set-up, ensuring smooth and successful implementation of new projects.
- Oversee all aspects of transition projects, including planning, execution, and monitoring of timelines and deliverables.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and clients to define project scope, objectives, and requirements.
- Develop transition strategies and timelines to meet project goals and deadlines.
- Manage resources and allocate tasks to team members to ensure efficient project execution.
- Monitor project progress and identify and mitigate risks and issues as they arise.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards, processes, and best practices throughout the transition process.
- Provide regular updates and reports on project status to stakeholders and senior management.
- Mentor and coach team members to support their professional growth and development.
Requirements:
- College graduate or post-graduate degree in a relevant field.
- 10+ years of experience in the BPO industry, with at least 3 years of experience in end-to-end transitions for contact center set-up.
- Proven program management experience, preferably with small to medium-sized engagements.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Flexibility to work at the Mall of Asia (MOA) location.
