Customer Experience Specialist
Mixed Healthcare & Telco Corporate Accounts | Voice + Chat | Manila Onsite
*Account Type:* Premium Corporate | US Healthcare Insurance + US B2B Telco
Support 2 corporate programs under 1 roof:
1. *Healthcare:* US insurance members - benefits, claims, provider support
2. *Telco:* US business accounts - billing, services, technical troubleshooting
One paid training = 2 skillsets + higher pay band.
*Qualifications:*
- HS Grad/SHS/College undergrad. College grads/Nursing/Allied Health = advantage
- 6 months BPO Voice exp preferred. Fresh grads with excellent English may apply
- Neutral English accent, tech-savvy, can handle multiple systems
- Amenable to graveyard, shifting schedule, HIPAA & data privacy compliant
*Compensation & Benefits:*
*₱24,000 – ₱33,000* + 20% Night Differential + HMO Day 1 + 1 Free Dependent
Monthly Performance Bonus up to ₱12K | Sign-on Bonus up to ₱15K_ | Meal & Transpo Allowance
