Position: Customer Service Representative – Telco Account
We are currently seeking highly motivated and customer-focused individuals to join our growing Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) operations for a leading telecommunications account. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, resolving inquiries efficiently, and ensuring a positive customer experience across all interactions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle inbound customer inquiries related to billing, technical concerns, account updates, and service requests
• Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and company policies
• Resolve customer concerns professionally while maintaining high service standards
• Document customer interactions and transactions in the system accurately
• Meet performance metrics including customer satisfaction, quality assurance, and productivity targets
• Maintain confidentiality of customer information and comply with company policies
Qualifications:
• At least High School Graduate (Old Curriculum) or Senior High School Graduate
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal
• With or without BPO experience are welcome to apply
• Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities
• Willing to work onsite and on shifting schedules, including holidays and weekends
