Account: US Media/Subscription Position: Customer Retention Specialist Minimum Qualifications: Open to fresh graduates, career shifters, and those with limited experience At least High School or Senior High School graduate Must be 18 years old and above Good to excellent communication skills Must be residing within Metro Manila Willing to work onsite in McKinley, Taguig City Required Documents (Prior to Onboarding): Proof of Education (Diploma or Transcript of Records) Proof of Employment (Certificate of Employment or Resignation Letter with approval/clearance if within 30-day notice period) Hiring Process: AI Tool Assessment SVAR Assessment (minimum passing score: 70) Initial Interview Final Interview Job Offer and Onboarding Salary Range: PHP 17,000 – PHP 25,500
