What you’ll do:

Handle US healthcare accounts, resolve billing issues, and make sure providers get paid on time. You’ll be the person who turns confusing claims into clean, payable accounts.

Salary: Php 25,000 – Php 33,000

You’re a fit if you have:

- 1–2 years in medical billing, healthcare RCM, or customer support

- Problem-solving chops – you can break down complex billing issues and explain them without jargon

- Strong English skills – written and verbal. You’ll be talking to clients and teams daily

- Confidentiality mindset – you know HIPAA-level info stays locked down
