WORK SETUP: Onsite | Shifting Schedule

SALARY: ₱25,000 – ₱33,000 (depending on experience)

Role Overview:
Join our Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) Account as a Medical Billing Specialist! You will handle medical billing inquiries, resolve patient and provider concerns, and ensure accurate claims processing.

Key Responsibilities:

Process and review medical billing claims accurately.
Resolve patient and provider billing inquiries.
Explain complex billing concepts in a simple, clear manner.
Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and confidentiality.
Collaborate with insurance companies for claims resolution.
Maintain accurate records in the billing system.

Qualifications:

1–2 years experience in medical billing, healthcare RCM, or customer support.
Strong problem-solving skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to handle sensitive information with professionalism and confidentiality.
