Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused Medical Billing Specialist to join our Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) team. In this role, you will support billing operations, address account-related inquiries, and help ensure an accurate and efficient billing process while delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities
Process and manage medical billing transactions in accordance with established procedures.
Handle billing inquiries and provide accurate information to clients and patients.
Review accounts to identify and resolve billing discrepancies.
Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions and account updates.
Ensure the confidentiality and security of sensitive patient and billing information.
Qualifications
1–2 years of experience in medical billing, Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM), or customer support.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to explain complex billing information clearly.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
High level of professionalism and ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Willing to work onsite and on a shifting schedule, if required.
