Salary- 35K to 48K

Shift Schedule – 10:30 AM – 7:30 PM

Work setup – Onsite

Location – Eastwood, Libis

Start Date – Anytime on December

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Develop, modify and update scorecards, dashboards, and other reports in a timely manner

• Responsible on the integrity of the data and ensures the accuracy of all reporting requirements

• Partners with all HR support & partners to ensure HRIS data information is up to date

• Attend to both periodic and ad hoc reports / tasks if needed

• Management of Recruitment invoices and payouts

Qualifications:

• Proven experience of at least 3 years in Report Analysis, Data Management, and/or MIS reporting in a BPO setting

• Extensive excel reporting experience, preferably with Power Query, Power BI, or other reporting tools experience

• Detail-oriented, analytical thinker and was able to challenge assumptions while providing high-quality of work

• Experience with Billings, Payout, Invoicing, and Vendor management
