About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Monitoring, Observability & Event Management Architect to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of enterprise monitoring and observability solutions. This role is ideal for professionals with strong expertise in ServiceNow ITOM, Azure Monitoring, AIOps, DevOps, and enterprise infrastructure monitoring.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and implement enterprise monitoring, observability, and event management solutions.

- Architect monitoring services across SaaS, PaaS, and IaaS environments.

- Lead ServiceNow ITOM Event Management and AIOps initiatives.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on Azure Monitor, Grafana, AppDynamics, ThousandEyes, and related monitoring platforms.

- Develop enterprise monitoring standards and automation strategies.

- Gather business requirements and deliver scalable, cost-effective monitoring solutions.

- Drive continuous improvement through automation and proof-of-concept initiatives.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

- Minimum 5 years of experience in IT Monitoring, Observability, or related technical roles.

- At least 3 years in an IT Architecture role.

- Extensive experience with ServiceNow ITOM, Event Management, and AIOps.

- Strong knowledge of Azure Monitor, Azure Log Analytics, KQL, Telemetry, APM, Ansible, and PowerShell.

- Experience with Azure services, DevOps, automation, and API integrations.

- Proficiency in Python, JavaScript, PowerShell, C#, and SQL.

- Strong understanding of networking concepts (WAN/LAN, TCP/IP, PKI) and ITSM processes.

- Excellent analytical, communication, and collaboration skills.
