Job title: MS Dynamics AX 2012 - Senior Technical Consultant

Category: ERP/CRM/Tools

Work set-up: Taguig (3 days/week onsite)

Work shift: Mid to Night-Shift

Salary: Php 160,000 (max)

Employment Type: Full Time

Experience: 8+ years

Non-Negotiable:

• Bachelor's Degree: Computer Engineering or Computer Science.

• 8-10+ years MS Dynamics AX 2012 technical experience.

• Experience participating in requirements gathering processes for IT systems.

• Clear and concise oral and written communication.

• Ability to lead people, teams, and projects.

• Experience in AX 2012 integrations across Finance, Logistics (e.g. carrier integrations), Manufacturing, Service, and Sales modules, Bank and eInvoicing, ECM sharepoint and on-prem environments.

• Experience in AX 2012 infrastructure activities (e.g. printer installation, restart AOS, etc.)

Duties and responsibilities:

* Become a solid source of information in your area of expertise of development.

* Create documentation and white papers that will be used in case studies and training sessions for junior members.

* Ability to work in a team environment and contribute to the teams' knowledge and experiences.

* Co-team with the Solutions Architect to produce a technical specification for custom development and systems integration requirements.

* Produce a detailed technical design document to match the solution design specifications.

* Able to oversee the custom development and quality assurance efforts for custom work when needed.

* Able to meet or exceed agreed service level targets with the client in the Service Level Agreement (SLA) in terms of:

a. Incident Management

b. Problem Management

c. Service Requests

d. Change Management.

* Participate and lead, when needed, the project meetings with the customer.

* Manage development designs and projects to meet project and customer required timelines.

* Communicate with clients professionally either through phone or e-mail.
