What You'll Do

Provide professional customer support in Cantonese through phone, email, and other communication channels.
Handle customer inquiries, resolve concerns, and deliver a positive customer experience.
Accurately update customer records and maintain information in company systems.
Support collections and Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes when required.
Work closely with internal teams to ensure timely issue resolution.
Meet service quality, productivity, and performance targets.

What We're Looking For

Native or fluent Cantonese language proficiency with excellent spoken and written communication skills.
Ability to communicate naturally and confidently in a professional environment.
Strong understanding of complex conversations, including implied meanings.
Good working knowledge of English, as training and internal systems are conducted in English.
Customer-focused with strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
Willing to work in Quezon City or relocate if currently based elsewhere.

Preferred Qualifications (Not Required)

Previous experience in Collections, Accounts Receivable, or Customer Service.
Familiarity with the Order-to-Cash (O2C) process.
