Description

Requirements

Provide exceptional customer support in Polish and English via phone, email, and chat.
Assist customers with technical issues and inquiries related to our products and services.
Document and track user requests in a ticketing system, ensuring timely follow-up and resolution.
Collaborate with the IT team to escalate complex issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
Maintain a knowledge base of common issues and solutions to enhance team efficiency.

Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Information Technology, Communications)
Experience Level: 1-3 years in a customer service or IT support role
Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in Polish and English; strong communication and interpersonal skills
Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
Qualities and Traits: Empathetic, patient, and detail-oriented approach to customer service
Working Conditions: Onsite work in Taguig with a shift schedule
