Job Title: Multilingual Service Desk Analyst (Estonian)

• Kindly endorse native speakers or non-native with C1 level proficiency.
• The process will be a language, technical, and final interview.
• Candidates with an active working visa, Temporary Resident Visa or Permanent Resident Visa who are currently in the Philippines are welcome to apply
• We are looking for candidates who will be open to working onsite in Taguig
Qualifications:
• With or Without Service Desk Experience.
• With IT support/Technical experience.
• Should have an , active working visa, Temporary Resident Visa or Permanent Resident Visa
• Can speak, read, and write in Estonian.Finnish
• Willing to work onsite.
• At least a Vocational Diploma, Short Course Certificate Undergraduate, or Bachelor's/College Degree in any field
Position Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Estonian-speaking L1 Customer Support Agent to join our growing team.
The L1 Customer Support Agent will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical support to our clients via phone, email, and chat.
