We have an ongoing hiring for Service Desk Analyst who can speak both French and English for out IT BPO Partner located in Taguig.
Job Title: Service Desk Analyst - French & English
Work set up: Onsite in Taguig
Work schedule: Shifting
Salary: 55,000 - 75,000
Headcount: 4
Qualifications:
- With or Without Service Desk Experience.
- Can speak, read, and write in English and French Language.
- Open for locals only residing permanently here in the Philippines
- Willing to work onsite.
- At least a Vocational Diploma, Short Course Certificate Undergraduate, or Bachelor's/College Degree in any field
- Related work experience is not required as long as with knowledge in basic troubleshooting and technical terms.
- The interview process will be language, technical and final interview.
- Open for Taguig or Ortigas ONSITE location.
Position Description:
- We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic French and English-speaking L1 Customer Support Agent to join our growing team.
- The L1 Customer Support Agent will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical support to our clients via phone, email, and chat.
- The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping customers, strong communication skills, and a basic understanding of technical troubleshooting.
