Job Title: Multilingual Service Desk Analyst (Japanese)

Category: Service Desk / End User Services

Work setup: Onsite in One World Square, Mckinley Hill. Taguig City

Salary: PHP 90,000 – 100,000

Employment Type: Full Time

Position Description:



•  â€‹We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Japanese-speaking L1 Customer Support Agent to join our growing team.

• The L1 Customer Support Agent will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical support to our clients via phone, email, and chat.

• The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping customers, strong communication skills, and a basic understanding of technical troubleshooting.​​



Qualifications:



• Can speak, read, and write in English and Japanese Language.

• Candidates must have technical support or service desk experience

• Native Japanese with PRV who don’t need a working visa residing in PH 

• Non-native Japanese who is permanently residing here in PH

• Fluent in Japanese & English

• Customer Service & Support

• Detail-oriented

• Windows

•  M365

•  Strong communication skills

• Technical troubleshooting

• Help Desk/ IT Services
