Non-negotiable:

- Extensive experience with Palo Alto and Cisco brand network devices, focusing on Cisco routing, support, and configuration.

- Certification: CCNA (required); PCNSE and CCNP (nice to have)

Primary Responsibilities:

- Maintain operational readiness of current and new network infrastructure and security solutions.

- Design, deploy, and manage WAN, LAN, WLAN, and associated equipment/vendors (NLB, Riverbed, Meraki, F5, Cisco ISE/NAC, Velocloud SD-WAN, SolarWinds).

- Provide senior-level operational support: troubleshoot, manage incidents, and report on network and security performance.

- Assist in implementing new network and security components.

- Proactively ensure stability, response time, and lifecycle management of network and security solutions.

Secondary Responsibilities:

- Research and evaluate new solutions.

- Provide recommendations to expert teams.

Primary Technical Abilities:

- CCNP and Palo Alto Certified preferred.

- Proficient in LAN/WAN/WLAN administration, routing protocols (BGP, RIP, OSPF, EIGRP), LAN technologies (VRRP, VSS, STP), QoS mechanisms.

- Expertise in Wi-Fi controllers (Cisco, Meraki), Load Balancers (F5/NetScaler), Firewalls (Palo Alto, Checkpoint, Fortinet), SD-WAN (Velocloud), WAN Compression/Optimization (Riverbed), Cisco Meraki (Wireless, Firewalling), Telephony Support (Cisco, 3CX).

- Security administration: Palo Alto, Skybox, Checkpoint, Fortinet Firewalls, Pulse remote access, Reverse Proxy.

- Experience with DNS and Domain Management (Infoblox, IPAM), Authorization and Authentication (Cisco ISE/NAC, Radius, Tacacs), and SolarWinds Management.

Secondary Technical Abilities:

- Knowledge of Infrastructure Solutions (Servers, Cloud).

- Familiarity with ITIL framework.

Behavioral Abilities:

- 7-10 years' infrastructure experience, including 5-7 years as a Network Administrator.

- Strong knowledge of Cisco and security products, optimization, load balancing, and network monitoring.

- Excellent troubleshooting skills with a consultative approach.

- Self-motivated, proactive learner in IT.

- Collaborative team player with a commitment to transparency and improvement.

- Customer service-oriented with excellent English communication skills; French reading preferred.

- Analytical thinker understanding business constraints.

- Willingness to travel occasionally.
