‎• Handle inbound customer inquiries with professionalism and empathy.

‎• Assist customers with billing, account concerns, product and service information, and technical inquiries.

‎ • Resolve customer concerns accurately and efficiently.

‎• Maintain complete and accurate documentation of customer interactions. • Meet quality, productivity, and attendance targets.

‎• Adhere to company policies, procedures, and data privacy standards.

‎Qualifications:

‎ High School or Senior High School graduate

‎ College graduates are welcome to apply

‎ Good to excellent English communication skills

‎ Basic computer navigation skills

‎ Customer service or BPO experience (with at least 6 month)

‎ Willing to work onsite
