We're looking for passionate and experienced PHRN/USRN Clinical Analysts to join a leading healthcare team offering a permanent work-from-home setup, competitive compensation, and excellent benefits from Day 1.

Site: Quezon City (25 km radius)

Work Setup: Permanent Work From Home

Schedule: Shifting Schedule

Start Dates: August

Total Monthly Package: Up to ₱61,000 plus benefits

Benefits: HMO Coverage on Day 1, 20% Night Differential, Performance Incentives, 14th Month Pay, Rice Allowance (₱300/month upon regularization), Referrals Bonus

RESPONSIBILITIES

As a Clinical Analyst, you'll play a vital role in supporting patient care by:

Reviewing patient medical records and histories
Conducting initial assessments and determining appropriate care pathways
Accurately documenting patient interactions
Collaborating with healthcare professionals to ensure the best patient outcomes
Maintaining compliance with healthcare standards and regulations
Continuously enhancing your clinical knowledge and expertise

QUALIFICATIONS

Active PHRN or USRN License (any US State) valid for at least 6 months upon application
At least 1 year of bedside, hospital, or clinical experience as a Staff Nurse
(Training and internship experience are not considered.)
Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
Experience using EMR systems and healthcare-related software
With a valid Certificate of Employment (COE)
Residing within Metro Manila (within 25 km of Quezon City site)
