We are seeking a Quality Assurance Analyst with experience in Digital Advertising, Technical Support, and Quality Assurance to evaluate support interactions, audit technical cases, and drive continuous quality improvement. The ideal candidate has strong expertise in SQL, APIs, conversion tracking, attribution, and Ads Manager platforms, ensuring high-quality support across technical and customer-facing operations.
Responsibilities
Evaluate support interactions across calls, emails, chats, tickets, and escalation cases for quality, technical accuracy, and compliance.
Audit technical support cases involving APIs, SDKs, webhooks, server-side tracking, and conversion tracking issues.
Perform quality reviews for billing disputes, attribution discrepancies, ad policy escalations, and integration support cases.
Analyze QA trends, identify recurring defects, and recommend process improvements.
Use SQL to validate data quality, investigate anomalies, and generate QA insights and reports.
Review REST APIs, JSON/XML payloads, webhooks, and SDK implementations to ensure proper integration and troubleshooting.
Evaluate support quality across Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, Conversions API (CAPI), and other digital advertising platforms.
Design and maintain QA test cases, evaluation rubrics, documentation, and technical knowledge bases.
Deliver coaching, calibration sessions, and actionable feedback to improve agent performance.
Generate QA reports, monitor quality trends, and support continuous improvement initiatives.
