Role Overview • Assist customers with flight reservations, bookings, cancellations, and travel-related inquiries • Utilize Global Distribution System (GDS) tools to process travel transactions accurately • Deliver exceptional customer service while ensuring a seamless travel experience

Qualifications • High School Graduate or Senior High School Graduate • At least 12 months of GDS (Global Distribution System) experience • Strong communication and customer service skills
