About the Role:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Operations Assistant Manager to lead multiple outbound sales teams for a Travel & Cruise account based in MOA, Pasay City. This is a senior leadership role responsible for driving sales performance, coaching Team Leaders, and ensuring achievement of KPIs and quality standards in a fast-paced BPO environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage Team Leaders and their respective outbound sales teams
- Drive performance through regular coaching, calibration sessions and structured development plans
- Partner with management to implement sales campaigns and outbound strategies
- Monitor daily operations including attendance, schedule adherence and workforce utilization
- Review and analyze daily, weekly and monthly performance reports
- Act as primary escalation point for complex customer and operational issues
- Foster a high-performance, positive team culture through recognition and engagement
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications or related field
- Minimum 4-6 years BPO experience with at least 2-3 years managing Team Leaders or Supervisors
- Experience in outbound sales, telemarketing or revenue-driven BPO environment
- Exposure to Travel & Hospitality or similar industry is an advantage
- Strong knowledge of CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Familiarity with sales performance metrics and call monitoring tools
- Willing to work graveyard shift aligned with US business hours
